Send autoresponders to the email address entered on a donation form, not to the account that LO maps the donation to (which can sometimes have a different email address than what's entered on the donation form)

On occasion, we receive messages from donors claiming they did not receive donation confirmation email. After investigating, we learn it's because their donation was attached to an account that has a different email address listed than what they entered on the form. It'd be great if autoresponders were always sent to the email address entered on the form; not the one that Luminate has for existing records.
