Create an Individuals not returned canned report (Last year, but not this year)

You have the canned reportwriter report for non returning teams. Please create one for non returning individuals. This would allow admins to quickly generate a "call list" . While there is workarounds for emailing, sometimes you want to call people directly - especially indivdiuals who were top fundraisers. Query does not allow you to easily obtain past fundraising information where a reportwriter report can.
