Add social media customization to Luminate Online/Teamraiser pages

Much like how Wordpress has Yoast SEO, it would be great for Luminate Online pages (donation forms, survey forms, TeamRaiser pages & custom content pages) to have the ability to have social content set on the admin side so the posts populate correctly on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
