allow an organization to edit/add to the list of email campaign types

It can be extremely limiting to only be able to choose from 4 email campaign types: Newsletter, Fundraising Appeal, Advocacy Appeal, and Other. It would be helpful (and allow for more useful analytics) for an organization be able to, at a minimum, add their own custom email campaign types like they can do for email message types.

    This would be very helpful for my org as well. The ability to add our own email campaign types would give us more control over our email messaging.
