Allow the processing of ACH gifts through BBMS instead of iATS

Over the past year, we have seen increasing service issues with iATS. These range from slight annoyances, such a delay in deposits, to massive headaches, such as the service going down and recurring gifts not being processed. Since BBMS can handle ACH payments - and currently does for some Blackbaud products - it would be nice if this functionality could be built in to Luminate Online to allow us to move away from iATS.

Not only would this allow us to move away from the frustration that iATS has become, but it would streamline all of our payment processing in to one system.
