Add Hierarchy to National Teams

We need to be able to track National Teams (cross-event companies) in a hierarchy. For instance, the team needs to be able to track the local team, the regional team, and the national team. Right now, they can track local and national, but not something like regional. We'd like to add a layer to the hierarchy. Would be great to be able to appoint a coordinator at the regional level too.
