Currently the "Report Columns for TeamRaiser Gift Details Report" (https://www.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/luminate-online/help/luminateonline.html#../Subsystems/Reports/Content/Ref/TeamRaiser_GiftDetails.html) explains many columns but not between Gifts and Participants.  Explain all the fields under the following headings:  
Miscellaneous Information
Organization
Organization Contact

I get particularly confused on the differences between Corporate, Corporation, Company, and Organization.  Even better would be a complete Data Dictionary that we could search.
