When we pull up the transactions in Convio, can

When we pull up the transactions in Convio, can we get the data in newest to oldest transactions.

I'm trying to find the current matches for Matching Johnson & Johnson, #11710321, in Convio. When I chose 'transactions' I got business starting with 2007. When I chose "last" so that I could see the 2018 transactions I got 'Technical Difficulties'. Can we get the transactions listed newest>oldest so we can see the most recent activity.
