Would be useful if WYSIWIG editor was still available in Luminate after event has been mirrored so admins may go back to the event on the Luminate side to update event and ticket information. From there they are able to add more detail and customize further than just adding the information through the CRM.

This is absolutely necessary. Otherwise, we cannot use the mirroring feature since our ticket descriptions are very detailed and need some formatting as well. This cannot be done on the Raiser's Edge side and therefore, from a user interface perspective, this feature should be mandatory that ticket descriptions can be edited on the Luminate side.
