Allow the Donation Form eCard "Send ecard to sender" to only be required if "send ecard" is selected.

If someone chooses to send an ecard for a donation we would like the option to have the box "Send Copy to Sender" checked automatically.

The way "Send Copy to Sender" currently works is you can never have Send Copy to Sender pre-checked if sending an ecard is optional. In other words, if you want to pre-check Send Copy to Sender you have to require that the donation includes an eCard. If you make eCards optional, then pre-check Send Copy to Sender, when a user does NOT want to send an eCard they will get an Error message.

All the other ecard data elements are set to function only if the user chooses to send an eCard, so you can "turn something on" and still leave the option of sending the eCard up to the user.

The "Send Copy to Sender" pre-check option should work the same way. If the user chooses not to send an eCard this should not affect the process.
