Add a report to show all donation forms
We need a report that lists all donation forms, regardless of whether they have received a donation. For organizations with 100's of donation forms it's difficult to track them all without reporting capability.

Hi Ken,
We literally have hundreds of donation forms, as I'm sure a lot of organizations do, and it would be great to have a report that would provide Campaign Name/ID, Form Name/ID, Status, last donation date and in my perfect report, the URL to that form.
This would allow us to easily determine which forms are no longer being utilized and provide the link to the form we can share instead of having to go into each form to capture it if we want to share it externally.
