We often receive requests to change the designee for a gift. Example, we recently received a memorial gift and the donor selected the wrong hospital - we need to update the designee for the gift so the data matches what is in RE (the designation was already updated in RE), the donor is then included in the right interest group(s) in LO and ideally so we can send them an updated receipt through LO (Support said this is currently not possible so we have to manually create a replacement receipt and either send it to them in the mail or have the team save it as a PDF file so we can email it to them.).
