Create a way to automatically add Custom Letter Writers to a smart group
The idea would be that any time someone takes an action and customizes their letter to their legislator, they would be added to a group of letter customizers. This group of people is high value in the advocacy space because customization is a higher bar action. This group should then auto pull any letter customizers from subsequent action alerts.
