Allow team members to set their display name

Often times we have people who register for teams, but would prefer to have something other than their first/last appear on the roster (examples: Jane Smith registers, but wants the name to be "Jane and John Smith"; Jane Smith registers but wants the name displayed to be "The Smith Family"; Jane Smith registers but wants the name displayed to be "Christ's Church of Newport")

We would like to allow participants to set their display name. This name would need to be what appeared not only on the roster, but presumably also on the personal page header and in any of the top-participant lists.

This would allow us to keep the data in our offline database clean (first-last) but allow the participant to have flexibility as to how he/she is represented on the roster and participant page.
