Allow registrations in Teamraiser without having an email.
We want to track all our walkers at our annual walk, and some register the day of.. Some refuse to give their email, but collet donations, and we want to show that they raised $X for the event, but cant without creating a phony email.

We've had to create multiple anonymous accounts using a single anonymous account for small cash donations from old people that do not have email.
