For media outlet targeting (radio, tv, newspaper), there's a designated media market and "reach" that is assigned to those outlets. This allows someone in southern Texas to send a message to a "local" media outlet without it going to a newspaper in Seattle. It would be great to overlay this info onto an interactive map (via Google Maps, Bing Maps, etc) in order to provide a visualization of the potential reach for a target. There could be an admin-only feature as well as a constituent-facing option.
