Add a function to bulk move donations(i.e. apply soft credits) based on Team or Event - often times we have a DIY event/team which, after the fact, requests their donations be applied to another event/team.  Current process is we must go into each constituent record and apply a 'soft credit' to the new event.  This is very tedious of there are many constituent donors
