Can you please make LO more user friendly and easier to understand?

Hi. Can you please make LO more user friendly and easier to understand? Some of the layout and website options are confusing and not very user friendly. Also some of the LO processes are not user friendly or easy to learn how LO works. I use the search feature and it does not show topics that match my terms or what I am looking for. We use LO a lot and right now LO can be an extra headache to work with and understand.
