Organization that have hundreds for events for a given year would benefit from a process that would release all of the URL shortcuts that are associated with a given year. For example, releasing all shortcuts on Jan 1 for 2016 events, so participants would be able to use their shortcuts again for the 2017 event. Currently, this is a manually process that is time consuming.
