Surveys, donation campaigns, donation levels, and interests are examples of content where the name we select is also visible to the public. There needs to be an option to name/manage these items internally and then create a separate external-facing name. I don't want donors to see that they donated through a donation campaign that is called "Search Engine Marketing", and the flip side is that I don't want to have to name a campaign that contains donation forms related to our SEM efforts something vague because it would be more appropriate to an external audience. Even if I'm embedding surveys into other pages, if a user makes an error, the error page displays the survey name, therefore I need to make sure that it is appropriate for an external audience. And I might want interests to have an internal names that is crystal-clear for staff, but different for an external audience. Give us the option to provide two names for content: one for internal management and one that is public-facing.
