Allow for links within participant WYSIWYG on personal/team pages
At the moment, the only way for a participant to add a link to their personal / team pages is to copy that link from Word and then paste in the WYSIWYG. This has been hard to explain and seems like it would just be easier to have a link creator within the WYSIWYG on the personal / team pages.

To be clear, it's possible to do ONLY if you change the SDP TRIBUTES_HTML_SUGGESTED_MESSAGES_ENABLED to TRUE, and even then, you need to follow very specific instructions to get it to work. Voting YES, because it should be simple.
