We provide custom reports for our chapters to use. It confuses them that some reports are on the syndicated reports tab, others on the custom reports tab. They did not create the report, so they don't intuitively know which report will be where. They sometimes cannot find the report they need because it is on the custom reports tab. Would like to be able to present all reports for the field in a single area.
