add Webcast Reminder email functionality for events
Currently in Luminate, free RSVP events allow registrants to opt-into receiving a Event Reminder email set to trigger 1-7 days before the event.
I would like to see a similar Webcast Reminder email functionality added. Then, through the public-facing form, users who cannot attend in person could instead opt into an Webcast Reminder email to watch an event's live webcast. (Perhaps the user could also set the Webcast Reminder email to send between 6-24 hours before the event.)
The LO client would be responsible for including the viewing information within the Webcast Reminder email.
