We (staff) and our planning committee are supposed to call each participant as they register as well as each Champions Club member when they achieve CC status, however, the participant notification email and CC reports we receive do not include the phone #. That means we need to look it up each time or run a report and send it over to the committee members making the calls. Not very efficient.
Can the phone # field be added the same as it is for the new team notification?
