Thanks to excellent articles from Blackbaud and others, the nonprofit community is now focused on getting sustaining donors now that we know the incredible value that sustainers bring to our organizations. Thus I was astounded to read that the new Secure Payments system doesn't accept sustainer giving! The suggestion to tell a donor interested in Sus giving to go to another page is insane (we know there would be a significant drop off of gifts).There is a big disconnect between your smart fundraising staff and your business people. You need to make your payment  system accept sustainer gifts!
