Allow reregistrations of whole past teams in one go

With some of our recruitment strategies we have been asking for full team registrations if possible. It could save some time if we could choose a full team from last year and re register them all at once. Having the ability to select which team members are returning (not all return) and then be able to register them all in one swoop would be super helpful.
