Increase permissions to allow site admins to view all submitted reports

Currently, site admins may view only the reports they submitted. When other users notify the admin that the report queue is running slowly, the site admin has no way of knowing if any report(s) might be the cause of the delay. Convio Support Technicians have access to view the report queue. It might save support cases from being submitted if the permission for site admins is increased to allow site admins to view all submitted reports.

Hi Ken, Sorry I'm not really clear on this and would like to ask you if the ability for a site admin to edit a report go beyond queued reports. For example if one of my team members leave and I need to edit a report they created in report writer, will I be able to do that? This issue has come up (not staff leaving, but mostly if someone has an issue with building their report, they escalate it to me and I do trouble shooting for them - but always have to copy their report to do so).

    Thanks,
    Sarah

Thanks for submitting your idea. I'm currently working on being able to increase permissions for Advanced Site Admins to view/edit custom reports, scheduled reports and report results. This would include visibility to view/manage queued reports on the report results tab. Hoping to release those updates in the next few releases.
