Survey results from report classic don't allow for custom headers in the csv file. You can get survey results from an Interacton Details report under Report Writer but it's arduous and can be confusing. If Survey Results were an option in Report Writer, it would make it easier to gather results in a clean CSV with the headers in place. This would also make it easier to export data and import it into other systems.
