We recently had a captcha fail to display for submitting to Senator Ted Cruz. The issue is evidently in the interaction between Cruz' server and the server for the captcha image or puzzle. Suggest adding a disclaimer on the follow-up page that says something like "If you don't see the verification puzzle, this may be due to server overload. Please wait a few moments and try again.
