Better check-and-balance system for legislative target updates

It would be great to have a better system for confirming targets of action alerts. Testing in preview mode only shows placeholder contact information. In Pennsylvania, we've had an embarrassing situation on two occasions when we created alerts targeted to a new governor within one or two weeks after the governor took office -- alert confirmation pages told constituents that their messages were sent to the former governor. At the very least, the Luminate system should provide a prompt that lets admins know the last date a selected target record was updated. More info in support case 00576981.
