Participant Center Timeout does not properly display to Participant
When a Participant's session has timed out due to too long a period of inactivity and have been logged out, their screen needs to redisplay and clearly show that they are no longer logged in and not just trigger another mesage. Currently, they think they are still logged in even though they have timed out.

We are currently working on a way to retain a login using Cookies with in the system to maintain security but remove inconvenience of being logged out. We will update the idea as we know more on this item.
