Auto Update of Team Fundraising Goal

In TeamRaiser, as of now, when a team member joins an existing team, the team fundraising goal does not update based on the collective goal of team members rather it remains at what the existing goal (if definined at all) was set at the time of the team creation. It would be very helpful to have the team goal auto-update based on the collective goals of team members especially as additional team members join. This would avoid team goals being lower than a participant goal and alleviate confusion of participants of what it means to be part of a team.
