Date of Birth TeamRaiser Registration field

It would be great if the DOB field in Teamraiser Registration carried over into both the Teamraiser registration profile for a constituent and their Cons360 profile. Right now, you can have that be a required field during the registration process but the data isn't kept anywhere. We had to come up with a work-around to place an "Additional Question" for DOB and map the field to Cons360 to receive the information 100% of the time on our Registration Reports. This is a really important field to have especially if we're working with timing chip companies for runs who need the DOB info for run divisions.
