Add Participation Type to Autoresponders and Participant Centers for Team Captains

In order to allow Team Captains to better manage their teams, it would be great if they could have more information available about their team members' Participation Types. 1) Add this information to the Someone Joined Your Team autoresponder. Right now it just provides the team member's name. 2) Add this information to the Team Roster (both the View All Teammates and Download Roster). Right now, it's available on Download Team Statistics, but not in the other areas. 3) Add a default Group to the Contacts area for team members of a particular Participation Type. Right now there is just a generic Teammates option, but if this was further segmented by Participation Type, Team Captains could easily tailor their emails to team members of a particular Participation Type.
