TeamRaiser enhancement: Make Top Companies list rendered in DIVs instead of tables

We're trying to make the Top Companies list in a teamraiser be responsive and convert to a more mobile friendly format if in smaller dimensions. We were able to achieve this for the Top Teams and Top Fundraisers list because it is rendered using DIVs. However, we're not able to achieve the same thing with Top Companies because the list is rendered using a table. Here are links to demonstrate.
