Allow your non-profits to use symbols in their subject lines
Industry studies have showed that using symbols in subject lines can increase open rates by 20%. The email product in Convio does not allow this.� Costing us open rates and conversions. I've brought this up for a year now and never get an answer why the Convio product team cannot make this simple adjustment that would benefit their customers.
