Test Messages

I have an idea for an improvement to the test messages. It would be nice to have the proposed send date and the target audience auto-matically included at the top a test message so that reviewers can easily tell when the message is supposed to be sent and to whom. I'm thinking if the Message Name or Message Type and the Tentative Schedule Date appeared at the top of a test message, my coworkers would be able to better handle the work flow. A lot of times I will prepare a campaign of 4 emails and send the 4 test messages back to back or I'll have 3 versions of an email (one for adopters, one for donors, and one for volunteers), and my reviewers have a hard time keeping track of what is a new email and what is a revised email and who is being sent what, when. I currenly place a proposed send date and a target audience at the top of my test messages, but one day I know I'm going to forget to remove it before sending the final version. Also, I don't use A/B testing as much as I should, but having an A version/B version identifier automatically included at the top of a test message would be helpful for my editors as well. Not sure if including the email title would take care of this or not. Thanks, John Scharff
