Email Client Usage report
Unlike Luminate, Campaign Monitor offers a standard report on email client usage.� http://help.campaignmonitor.com/topic.aspx?t=201� "It works by watching for the server requests that come in to download the campaign tracking image, and looking at the type of request."� � It would be really great if Luminate could offer the same type of reporting, which would really help clients like us know how many of our constituents are viewing our emails on a tablet vs. desktop vs mobile phones, and �on �which ones. I am submitting this IDEA on the advice of Blackbaud support who wrote: "Luminate is simply not set up to record this sort of data however, so our reporting on this is also absent. Since this sort of feature would be handy to have though I recommend submitting this as a feature request that can hopefully be implement in a later update.

Luminate Online offers a range of email usage and performance reports. We a re constantly looking for suggestions on additions and improvements to reporting functionality. The request for adding a report for email views/opens by device is being considered.
